There is a, but that is progressing slower and frustrating investors and board members, as you will read.

While some may argue the report contained a lot of text that said nothing, I will provide an alternative, because the alternative makes the markets function as they do, sometimes efficiently. I know the fear ahead of today’s report would produce a sell-off.
