As we know, there has been a flurry of PLC de-listing from AIM - is it any wonder when brokers can act against their own clients seemingly with impunity?
If you were wondering what corporate sabotage looks like in pinstripes and a tie, Cavendish has offered up a rather galling case study this week. In what appears to be a brazen act of duplicity, the house broker to SkinBioTherapeutics and by extension OptiBiotix Health, has seemingly done more damage to shareholder value in a few trading sessions than any short-seller could manage in a quarter.
